X22CrMoV12-1 (1.4923) Round Bars
X22CrMoV12-1 (1.4923) Round Bars high-alloy structural steel is also classified as a heat-resistant steel – it is a martensitic-grade steel dedicated for parts, subassemblies and forgings of blades and parts of steam turbine rotors operating at temperatures up to 600℃. Its application owes to its high resistance to fatigue stress. X22CrMoV12-1 also features elements and parts of aircraft construction, components in the chemical, petrochemical and petrochemical industries, as well as parts used in the power industry.
The X22CrMoV12-1 (1.4923) Grade stainless steel is martensitic stainless steel that is heat resistant. Due to the low chromium content in the chemical composition, the stainless steel grade shows limited resistance to corrosion.
The 1.4923 stainless steel grade is tough and has good mechanical properties at room temperature. It showcases good mechanical properties even at high temperatures such as 580° celsius. It can be easily used in power generation facilities, chemical production facilities, etc.
