Aluminium alloys TIG/MIG wire is an alloy that is used in various applications where the structural corrosion resistance and lightness is important. This alloy is also considered a good conductor of electricity and has a high coefficient of high temperature. It is one of the most abundant metals that comprise 8% of the earth’s crust. Moreover, its versatility makes it the widely used metal. It is available in different specifications, thickness, dimensions, and grades.
The Aluminium alloys are also known best in the market due to its anti-corrosive properties and long operating life. However, in regards to the flexible modules, this alloy is widely used in high temperature and pressure applications. It is coupled with the good insulation and weatherproofing hence, they are extremely light in weight.

Applications of Aluminium Alloy TIG/MIG Wires :
- • ER1100 – For architectural or decorative application. For welding 1100, 3003, 3003 to 1060, to 1080, to 1350.
- • ER4043 – For welding 3003,3004,5052,6061, 6063 and casting alloys 43, 355, 356 and 214.
- • ER5356 – For welding 5050, 5052, 5083, 5356, 5454, 5456. Provides much better corrossion resistance to salt water.
- • ER4047 – For welding 1060, 1350, 3003, 3004, 3005, 5005, 5050, 6053, 6061, 6951, 7005and cast alloys 710.0 and 711.0.
